tChirp

When a siren is park killed — silenced because the car was put in park while still in pursuit mode — tChirp chirps that car at intervals until someone takes a front seat. It never turns a siren on or off; it watches whichever ELS you run.

Free, MIT, not escrowed. No encrypted file and no public repository: the source is what you install.

What it is not

• Not an ELS. No lighting, no siren control, no tones of its own.
• Not a per-player sound. Everyone near the car hears it.
• Not a tone library. Sounds are native GTA names, or a soundset you have.
• One dependency. tLib v1.0 or newer, which is free. Nothing else.
