Installation

Install tAFK, grant admin access, and confirm the cinematic camera is running.

Drop the folder in, add two ensure lines, grant one ACE. tAFK writes its own data.json on first boot. It needs OneSync and tLib v1.0 or newer, and no framework or database.

Install

Extract the resource

Drop the tAFK folder into resources/, or a group like [tScripts].

Start tLib before tAFK

ini
ensure tLib
ensure tAFK

Grant admin access

ini
add_ace group.admin tlib.admin allow

Unlocks /tafkedit, sequence management and Server Defaults. Non-admins see only the player half of /tafk.

Start the server

tAFK ships a data.json with 11 sequences, rebuilt from shared/schema.lua if missing. audio/ is re-scanned every boot.

Verify it works

tAFK draws tLib's startup banner on the server:

  Scenes: 11 sequence(s) configured
  Tracks: 40 music track(s) discovered
  Beats: 40 of 40 analysed

Beats: reads … analysed, N queued while tracks are still being analysed, and is absent with no audio files.

On the client a start is silent, bar one line for a player who switched the system off: AFK disabled by player preference. Judge the install from the server banner and the camera firing, not from F8.

See it in the game

Get into any vehicle — cars, bikes, boats and aircraft all work — open /tafk and press Enter AFK Mode. Leaving the controls alone for 30 seconds does the same.

It works if the screen fades, the camera frames the vehicle, and your first input snaps you back. If not, see Troubleshooting.
