Careers

Work on the software your community runs on.

We're an independent studio building for FiveM roleplay communities. Support happens in Discord, in public — and hiring works the same way: every role below is an application that asks you to do the work rather than describe it.

After you submit

How an application is reviewed

The stages below are the states a response actually moves through in our review panel, not a description written for this page.

  1. Submitted

Your answers land in the staff inbox attached to your verified Discord account, not to a handle you typed. Anyone can read the form; submitting it means signing in.

  2. Reviewing

Reviewers read the whole response and leave a recommendation and comments on an internal thread. Weighing in and deciding are separate permissions on purpose, so more people can have an opinion than can close the door.

  3. Trial

Where a role has one, you start with limited permissions before full access. It has a start and an end date, and both are recorded — it is a stage, not an indefinite audition.

  4. Accepted or rejected

A decision notifies you either way. Accepted reads “A reviewer accepted your application. Watch for a follow-up in Discord.” The other branch says a reviewer has finished reviewing it. Nobody is left on read.

Not looking for a role?

If you run a community, there's a reciprocal partnership: a partner channel in each other's Discord, and the chance to run giveaways together.
