What the work is
You'd be supporting FiveM server owners and their staff — a technical crowd — across our scripts and tCAD. Our customers already know ESX, QBCore and Lua configs. You don't need to be an expert on day one, but you do need to speak their language and know what to ask for.
What the application actually asks
Not a resume dump. It is a few logistics, a product check, real judgment calls, and one live ticket to draft. There is rarely one right answer — it is read for tone, judgment and consistency.
- Your timezone, the days you're around, and an honest number of hours
- Which of our products you've used, and whether as a player or as server staff
- A customer says “tRadio just doesn't work.” Nothing else. What do you ask for, and why?
- Five scenarios — a first server, a leak request, a refund, an impersonator, two members fighting — where you pick a call and then write what you'd actually type
- One live ticket: triage it, then draft the reply you'd send right now
Baseline we check for
- You can read and edit a Lua config file, with docs to follow if needed
- Some familiarity with ESX, QBCore/Qbox or standalone setups
- Helpdesk experience is welcome and not required — that part is trained
Terms you'll be asked to agree to
- This is a contractor/volunteer role, not employment
- Refunds aren't yours to approve outside policy — follow it, and escalate when it doesn't fit
- If accepted, you start on probation with limited permissions before full moderator access
- Never share, request or distribute product files or license keys, and report leaks you come across
