TIMMYG Studios · Moderation & support
Help run support the right way.
You'd be supporting FiveM server owners and their staff — a technical crowd — across our scripts (tRadio, tELS, tAFK, tLib) and tCAD. This isn't a resume dump: it's a few logistics, a quick product check, some real judgment calls, and one live ticket to draft. There's rarely one right answer — we read for tone, judgment, and consistency.
2 · Product & technical check
Which TIMMYG products have you actually used?
Required
In what capacity?
Required
FiveM frameworks you're comfortable with
Required
Can you read and edit a Lua config file?
Required
A customer messages: “tRadio just doesn't work.” Nothing else.
Required · Before you escalate anything — what specific information do you ask them for, and why does each piece help?
Any ticketing / helpdesk experience?
Optional · No experience is fine — we'll train. Our support desk is our own Chatwoot-style inbox, synced with Discord ticket channels.
Today, how much of a customer's problem could you take on alone?
Required · There is no right answer and a low one is not a rejection — it tells us how much shadowing to plan for.
3 · Judgment — what would you do?

4 · Draft a real reply
First, how would you triage this ticket?
Required · What's missing, what would you ask for, and how would you tag/prioritize it?
Now draft the reply you'd actually send
Required · Write it as if it's going to the customer right now — greeting, questions, next step, sign-off.
5 · The role & the terms
Why do you want to help run TIMMYG support?
Required
This is a contractor/volunteer role, not employment — I understand.
Required
I don't have authority to approve refunds outside policy; I'll follow the policy and escalate when it doesn't fit.
Required
If accepted, I'll start on a probation period with limited permissions before full moderator access.
Required
I'll never share, request, or distribute TIMMYG product files or license keys, and I'll report leaks I come across.
Required
Anything else we should know?
Optional
6 · Check it over, then send
