Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms
By accessing or purchasing from TIMMYG Studios (the "Services") — including this website, our FiveM resources such as Tommy's Radio, tAFK, Radar Detector, tELS and tCAD, and any related support or community tools — you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Accounts
You sign in with your Discord account. You're responsible for the security of that account and everything that happens under it. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or make a purchase. Some products additionally support linking a FiveM/Cfx.re identity to verify entitlements — that link is optional and only requested where a product needs it.
Purchases & Licensing
Checkout for each product is handled by a third-party payment processor acting as the merchant of record for that transaction — currently Tebex Limited for our FiveM resources, and Creem Inc. for tCAD. We may add or change processors (including Stripe, Polar, Dodo Payments, or Lemon Squeezy) over time. Completing a purchase also means you accept that processor's own terms and conditions.
Digital products are licensed, not sold. Purchasing a FiveM resource grants you a personal, non-transferable license to run it on servers tied to the Cfx.re/FiveM account used at checkout. You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or bypass the license/escrow protection on a script;
- Share, upload, resell, or redistribute a script or its source, in whole or in part;
- Use a script on behalf of, or transfer it to, an account other than the one that purchased it.
Violating these terms may result in your license being revoked and your Cfx.re account being reported.
One-Time Purchases
A one-time purchase gives you a lifetime license to that product for as long as we continue to offer it. We build things to last and have no plans to discontinue our FiveM resources, but "lifetime" describes the lifetime of the product, not an unconditional promise of eternal availability.
Subscriptions
Subscription products renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout until cancelled. You can cancel any time from Services in your account (or the processor's own billing portal) — cancelling stops future renewals, but you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. Subscriptions are billed in advance and, except as described in our Refund Policy, are non-refundable for time already elapsed.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to abuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, harass staff or other users, or use the Services for anything illegal. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
Support
Support is provided primarily through Discord to verified purchasers of our products. We don't provide support for resources obtained outside our official store — leaked, shared, or resold copies.
Refunds
See our Refund Policy for details on when a refund may be available.
Disclaimer
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Third-Party Services
Purchases and some account features route through third-party services with their own terms — including Tebex Limited, Discord, and Cloudflare, plus (depending on the product) Stripe, Creem, Polar, Dodo Payments, or Lemon Squeezy. We're not responsible for those services' content or practices.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TIMMYG Studios operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Privacy Policy

Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how TIMMYG Studios ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your data across this website, our FiveM resources, and related support tools (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you acknowledge this Policy. If you disagree with it, please don't use the Services.
Accounts
You sign in with Discord OAuth. We receive and store your Discord user ID, username, email address, and avatar to create and identify your account. Signing in also creates a session record holding the IP address and browser user-agent it came from, which is how a session can be recognised and ended. If a product supports it, you may additionally link a FiveM/Cfx.re identity (via Tebex's identity service) to verify your purchases — this is optional and only requested where relevant.
Purchases & Payment Data
Checkout is handled by a third-party payment processor acting as merchant of record — currently Tebex Limited (FiveM resources) or Creem Inc. (tCAD), and potentially Stripe, Polar, Dodo Payments, or Lemon Squeezy for other products. That processor collects your payment details directly; we never see or store your full card number. We do store the order itself — what you bought, when, the amount, and which entitlement it unlocked — so we can verify purchases and provide support.
Support & Tickets
If you contact support — via Discord, our contact form, or our ticketing system — we keep a record of that conversation, including any files you attach, so we can help you and refer back to it later.
Cookies & Local Storage
This website sets one cookie: the session cookie that keeps you signed in. It is strictly necessary — clearing it signs you out — and it is the only cookie we set. We don't set advertising, analytics or other tracking cookies, and there is no cookie banner because there is nothing optional to agree to.
Some things are stored in your browser's local storage rather than on our servers: your cart, your light/dark theme choice, which announcement banner you've dismissed, and any unpublished drafts you create in the UI studio. That data stays on your device until you clear it — your cart reaches us only when you start checkout, and a draft only when you publish it.
Analytics & Monitoring
There is no session recording, no heatmaps, no error-reporting provider, and no advertising or cross-site tracking on this website. Two things measure it, and neither identifies you. The first is Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is switched on for this domain and adds a small script to each page; Cloudflare already hosts and fronts the site, it is listed below as a processor, and this product is cookieless — Cloudflare states it does not fingerprint visitors. The second is three endpoints of our own, which receive anonymous measurements from your browser: how fast a page loaded, that a help page was opened, and that a form was viewed. Those carry no cookie, no IP address, no user agent and no identifier of any kind — they are counters, and there is nothing in them that could be traced back to you or joined to anything else. Separately from both, Cloudflare processes each request in order to serve and protect the site, as described below.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out request. There is very little here for it to act on: we don’t sell or share personal information, we don’t run targeted advertising, and nothing on this site builds a profile of you. Our own analytics loader checks the signal before it runs. The Cloudflare Web Analytics script described above is added by Cloudflare’s network rather than by our code, so that check cannot stop it — it is cookieless and, per Cloudflare, does not fingerprint visitors.
We do collect product-usage events from our own software — for example, a game recording that a session started, how long it lasted, or that it hit a named error. These are sent by the product itself using a key we issue, not by your browser, and they are stored with Cloudflare, who already host this site. We don't use a third-party analytics company for this.
Those events don't identify you. They carry no name, no email address, no account id, no IP address and no device fingerprint. A few values are chosen by the product rather than picked from a fixed list — which build it was running, a short code for an error, the name of a feature, and a random session identifier that joins one session's events together — and every one of them is restricted to letters, digits and a few punctuation marks. There is no space, no “@” and no slash allowed, so an email address, a sentence and a file path cannot be sent at all: this isn't a promise about what we choose to send, it's a limit on what can be sent. Events are kept for three months and then deleted automatically.
Because none of this happens in your browser and none of it sets a cookie, there is nothing here for you to turn off — and nothing about it is tied to your account. If we ever add analytics that runs on this website, we'll name the provider on this page and update the date at the top before it goes live, and anything that isn't strictly necessary will be off until you agree to it.
Notifications
If you opt in to push notifications, your browser gives us a subscription endpoint we use solely to deliver the notifications you asked for. You can revoke this at any time from your notification settings.
Who We Share Data With
We share data only as needed to run the Services:
- Payment processors (Tebex Limited, Creem, Stripe, Polar, Dodo Payments, Lemon Squeezy) — to process your purchase
- Discord — for sign-in and support
- Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery, and platform security
We don't sell your personal data.
Data Retention
We keep account and order data for as long as your account exists, plus a reasonable period afterward for accounting and fraud-prevention purposes. Support conversations are kept as long as needed to provide ongoing support. If you delete your account, we remove personal data we don't need to retain for legal or accounting reasons within 30 days.
Your Rights
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or close your account entirely. Closing your account is self-service from your account page; for anything else, contact us and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Children's Privacy
The Services aren't directed at anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect data from children under that age.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.

Refund Policy
Last updated
Refunds are ultimately governed by the payment processor that handled your purchase, but as a matter of policy, TIMMYG Studios offers the following as a goodwill gesture at our discretion, on top of whatever your processor separately provides.
One-Time Purchases
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase if you change your mind or a product isn't working as described, after you've given our support team a chance to help. Beyond 7 days, we may still offer a refund at our discretion if an issue genuinely can't be resolved.
We can decline a refund request for reasons including, but not limited to:
- The resource has already been transferred, resold, or leaked;
- We're unable to verify the purchase;
- The issue is a personal error — wrong account, duplicate purchase, or accidental purchase;
- You decline to work with support to try to resolve the issue first.
Subscriptions
Subscription payments are not eligible for refunds, including partial refunds for time already used in the current billing period. You can cancel a subscription any time from your Tebex payment history, which Services in your account links you to — cancelling stops future renewals immediately, and you keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for. There are no cancellation fees.
Going Through Your Payment Processor
If you'd rather deal directly with the company that processed your payment:
- Tebex Limited — tebex.io/support-customer-form. Tebex does not offer refunds for completed digital-goods purchases except where required by law — for example, the EU's 14-day statutory withdrawal right, which ends once you start downloading the content, whichever is sooner.
- Other processors (Stripe, Creem, Polar, Dodo Payments, Lemon Squeezy) — use the receipt or invoice email from your purchase, or the billing portal linked from your account, to raise a dispute directly with them.
