Tell us what is wrong and where it is. You do not need an account, and you do not have to give us your name.
Copyright and takedown
TIMMYG Studios hosts files and text that community members upload — sounds, layouts, animations and the posts around them. If something here is yours and you did not permit it, this page is how to tell us, and what we do when you do.
Sending a copyright notice
Write to the address at the bottom of this page. A notice has to carry six things before anyone can act on it, and they come from the statute rather than from us — a notice missing one of them is not a notice we can treat as valid:
- Your signature, physical or electronic. You may sign as the owner or as somebody authorised to act for the owner.
- Which work you say was infringed. If several, a list is fine.
- Which material you want removed, and enough detail to find it — a link to the item or the page is the most useful thing you can give us.
- How to reach you: an address, a telephone number, and an email address.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them.
What we do when one arrives
We remove or disable access to the material expeditiously, and we tell the person who uploaded it what was removed and why. They are given this page so they can reply if they think we got it wrong.
We do not decide who owns what. Our part is to act on a valid notice, pass on a valid counter-notice, and keep out of the middle of a dispute that belongs between you.
If you think your material was removed by mistake
Send a counter-notice to the same address. It needs four things:
- Your signature, physical or electronic.
- Which material was removed, and where it was before it was removed.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith it was removed as a result of a mistake or a misidentification.
- Your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the district where you live — or, if you are outside the United States, for any district where we may be found — and that you will accept service from the person who sent the original notice.
What happens to a counter-notice
We forward it to whoever sent the original notice. If they do not tell us within ten business days that they have filed a court action to stop the activity, we may restore the material — ordinarily between ten and fourteen business days after we forward it.
Accounts that keep doing it
Accounts that repeatedly infringe are terminated. That is a condition of hosting anybody's uploads at all, and it is not a discretion we are keeping back for severe cases — a pattern is the trigger.
Where to send it
By email to info@timmygstudios.com, which is the fastest route and the one we recommend.
By post to TIMMYG Studios LLC, 525 Sawnee Village Blvd, 2311, Cumming, GA 30040, United States.
This section is only about copyright. Anything else — illegal content, impersonation, or an intimate image shared without consent — goes through the form below, which reaches the same people faster and has a category for each.
