Agreement to Terms

By accessing or purchasing from TIMMYG Studios (the "Services") — including this website, our FiveM resources such as Tommy's Radio, tAFK, Radar Detector, and tELS, our hosted tCAD platform, and any related support or community tools — you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Accounts

You sign in with your Discord account. You're responsible for the security of that account and everything that happens under it. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or make a purchase. Some products additionally support linking a FiveM/Cfx.re identity to verify entitlements — that link is optional and only requested where a product needs it.

Purchases & Licensing

Checkout for each product is handled by a third-party payment processor acting as the merchant of record for that transaction — currently Tebex Limited for our FiveM resources, and Creem Inc. for tCAD. We may add or change processors (including Stripe, Polar, Dodo Payments, or Lemon Squeezy) over time. Completing a purchase also means you accept that processor's own terms and conditions.

Digital products are licensed, not sold. Purchasing a FiveM resource grants you a personal, non-transferable license to run it on servers tied to the Cfx.re/FiveM account used at checkout. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or bypass the license/escrow protection on a script;
• Share, upload, resell, or redistribute a script or its source, in whole or in part;
• Use a script on behalf of, or transfer it to, an account other than the one that purchased it.

Violating these terms may result in your license being revoked and your Cfx.re account being reported.

One-Time Purchases

A one-time purchase gives you a lifetime license to that product for as long as we continue to offer it. We build things to last and have no plans to discontinue our FiveM resources, but "lifetime" describes the lifetime of the product, not an unconditional promise of eternal availability. If we ever sunset a product — including a hosted service like tCAD — the "tCAD & Hosted Services" section below explains what happens to your access.

Subscriptions

Subscription products renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout until cancelled. You can cancel any time from Services in your account (or the processor's own billing portal) — cancelling stops future renewals, but you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. Subscriptions are billed in advance and, except as described in our Refund Policy, are non-refundable for time already elapsed.

tCAD & Hosted Services

tCAD (and any other product we host rather than deliver as a script you install yourself) runs on infrastructure we operate. Purchasing or subscribing gives you access to that hosted service for as long as it's operating and your license or subscription is active — it is not a promise that the hosted service will run forever. If we discontinue a hosted product, we'll give paying customers reasonable advance notice and, where practical, a way to export their data before access ends.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to abuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, harass staff or other users, or use the Services for anything illegal. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

Support

Support is provided primarily through Discord to verified purchasers of our products. We don't provide support for resources obtained outside our official store — leaked, shared, or resold copies.

Disclaimer

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Third-Party Services

Purchases and some account features route through third-party services with their own terms — including Tebex Limited, Discord, and Cloudflare, plus (depending on the product) Stripe, Creem, Polar, Dodo Payments, or Lemon Squeezy. We're not responsible for those services' content or practices.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TIMMYG Studios operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
