Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how TIMMYG Studios ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your data across this website, our FiveM resources, our hosted tCAD platform, and related support tools (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you acknowledge this Policy. If you disagree with it, please don't use the Services.

Accounts

You sign in with Discord OAuth. We receive and store your Discord user ID, username, and avatar to create and identify your account. If a product supports it, you may additionally link a FiveM/Cfx.re identity (via Tebex's identity service) to verify your purchases — this is optional and only requested where relevant.

Purchases & Payment Data

Checkout is handled by a third-party payment processor acting as merchant of record — currently Tebex Limited (FiveM resources) or Creem Inc. (tCAD), and potentially Stripe, Polar, Dodo Payments, or Lemon Squeezy for other products. That processor collects your payment details directly; we never see or store your full card number. We do store the order itself — what you bought, when, the amount, and which entitlement it unlocked — so we can verify purchases and provide support.

Support & Tickets

If you contact support — via Discord, our contact form, or our ticketing system — we keep a record of that conversation, including any files you attach, so we can help you and refer back to it later.

tCAD & Organizations

If you use tCAD, the operational data your organization creates — dispatch calls, records, reports, and similar content — is stored on cad.timmygstudios.com and scoped to your organization. It isn't shared with other organizations or used by us for anything beyond operating and supporting the platform.

Cookies & Local Storage

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, plus Cloudflare Turnstile to keep bots off our forms. Some features — like your cart — store data in your browser's local storage rather than on our servers, so it stays on your device until you clear it.

Analytics & Monitoring

Depending on configuration, we may use a privacy-respecting analytics or error-monitoring provider (such as Plausible, PostHog, or Sentry) to understand aggregate usage and catch bugs. We don't use this data to build advertising profiles, and we don't sell it.

Notifications

If you opt in to push notifications, your browser gives us a subscription endpoint we use solely to deliver the notifications you asked for. You can revoke this at any time from your notification settings.

Who We Share Data With

We share data only as needed to run the Services:

• Payment processors (Tebex Limited, Creem, Stripe, Polar, Dodo Payments, Lemon Squeezy) — to process your purchase
• Discord — for sign-in and support
• Cloudflare — hosting, security, and bot protection
• Analytics/monitoring providers, where enabled — aggregate usage and error data only

We don't sell your personal data.

Data Retention

We keep account and order data for as long as your account exists, plus a reasonable period afterward for accounting and fraud-prevention purposes. Support conversations are kept as long as needed to provide ongoing support. If you delete your account, we remove personal data we don't need to retain for legal or accounting reasons within 30 days.

Your Rights

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, disconnect your Discord account from the user menu, or close your account entirely. Contact us to exercise any of these rights and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Children's Privacy

The Services aren't directed at anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect data from children under that age.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
